I’ve always believed that good flying begins with good service. Whether I’m preparing a student for take-off or guiding someone on their very first tandem, my goal is simple: help them feel safe, calm, and truly welcomed. Many guests tell me they remember my smile before they remember my name — and to me, that is the best compliment. I enjoy answering questions, sharing stories, and helping passengers understand not just what we do, but why flying is so special.

Some of my favourite moments are the small ones: pointing out cloud streets forming over the ridge, explaining how we choose the perfect take-off cycle, or hearing a guest’s first excited shout once we’re in the air. These are reminders that tandem flying is more than a ride — it’s giving someone a memory they’ll keep for years.

As the 안전 Director at Fly Sapa, I take my role seriously. Every day, I spend time checking conditions, briefing pilots, and making sure each customer enjoys a safe, smooth, and meaningful experience. I believe safety is not just a rule — it’s an attitude, and it’s something I strive to lead with, both on the ground and in the air.
