About the Role

As a Customer Service & Operations Executive at FlySapa, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand behind every guest’s flying experience. Each day, you’ll greet awesome, adventurous travelers from around the world, make them feel welcome, and ensure their journey from check-in to takeoff is smooth, safe, and unforgettable.

You’ll handle guest communications, manage bookings, coordinate pilots and vehicles, and prepare essential documents like waivers and insurance. At the office, you’ll assist with check-in, answer questions, and make sure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

You’ll also assist with marketing and contribute ideas to improve service quality. This is a hands-on role with real impact — and a clear path toward becoming an Operations Manager as you grow with the company.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — confident interacting with international guests.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable using office tools such as Google Sheets, Word, and Excel.

  • A proactive attitude, good teamwork spirit, and genuine enthusiasm for travel and adventure.

  • Able to work weekends and public holidays (with a weekday off).
