If the flight can not take place, full refund or free reschedule. We are here for the long-term. We don't charge any hidden fee.

We treat your information with care. We only ask for your passport photo for insurance purpose. We don't store it afterward.

All service descriptions, requirements, and prices are provided on our website and booking channels.

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

For group bookings, special arrangements may apply.

All decisions are made by certified FlySapa pilots in combination with our Safety Director and our CEO, based solely on safety.
